The Southampton Town Board is mulling a proposal to increase density on a lot in unincorporated Southampton from 7 units to 60 units. The lot is behind a church on County Road 39 near the North Sea Road (7-11) intersection. The zoning is currently for 7 units but the Board is considering a zone change to increase the units to 60.
